Templeton-Funded Research Featured on Radio 13C for Its Work on Entrepreneurship and Inclusion

Professor, researcher, and Desentr Project Director Vesna Mandakovic was featured on Radio 13C’s Cadena de Valor program, where she discussed the main findings of the John Templeton Foundation-funded Desentr project on entrepreneurship among older adults and migrants in Chile. During the interview, she emphasized entrepreneurship as a pathway to economic and social inclusion by enabling individuals to capitalize on their accumulated experience, social networks, and knowledge.

The discussion also highlighted the challenges entrepreneurs face in accessing financing and support ecosystems, as well as the need for policies that promote active aging and the integration of migrant populations into entrepreneurial ecosystems.
