Cristián Larroulet
Cristián Larroulet, a researcher at DESENTR, participated in the Winds of Change International Summit, held on September 1 and 2, 2026, in Buenos Aires.
Larroulet was part of the panel “The Economics of Human Development in Latin America,” alongside prominent international academics and specialists. The summit brought together political leaders, academics, businesspeople, and representatives of civil society to discuss the region’s main economic and institutional challenges.
During his presentation, Larroulet presented and analyzed the results of a survey conducted by DESENTR, providing evidence on entrepreneurship and human development in Chile. His participation allowed the center’s research findings to be incorporated into a regional discussion on the conditions that foster development, economic mobility, and opportunities for different population groups.
