This report presents the results of a national survey of entrepreneurs and ecosystem stakeholders designed to analyze the regional dynamics of entrepreneurship in Chile, as part of DESENTR’s research agenda.
The results show that, although entrepreneurial culture is relatively uniform across macro-regions, significant gaps persist in access to business opportunities, internationalization, business networks, financing, and infrastructure.
In particular, the evidence suggests that formal collaboration between entrepreneurs, companies, and universities remains limited, that access to specialized talent constitutes a cross-cutting challenge for business scaling, and that infrastructure deficiencies affect startups outside the Metropolitan Region more severely.
